Bookstore Product Purchases

Please note that all product sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and the potential for duplication or misuse, we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or returns on any purchases—whether physical or digital. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before completing their purchase.

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. Our team will gladly assist you with a replacement.

Learning Programs, Consultation Programs, and All Other Services

Please note that all program fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds once a program or consultation has been purchased. We strongly encourage you to review program details, ask questions, and ensure you understand how our programs work before making a purchase.
